Children are a vital part of Riverside Avenue Christian Church.
A full schedule of classes and activities are offered, in age-appropriate settings, to help our children experience God and learn how to live out their faith.
Our number one priority, at all times, is to provide a safe and loving space for children. During Covid-19, children are invited to join us for Sunday school on Zoom or in person at 9:45 am. We also have various weekend events that are in person, outside, with appropriate safety measures in place. To learn more about opportunities available for children, please reach out to our Director of Children's Ministries, Janet Novick, here.

Riverside On Wednesdays
Nursery and toddler care is available for children from newborns through age 5 during the 2nd worship service. The nurture provided by our paid professional staff creates trust that will, in time, become trust in the security of the church and in God's love.
Through our Camp and Conference Center in Silver Springs, children in grades 3 through 12 are provided the opportunity to spend a week each summer exploring their faith and their relationship to God in the world God created.
